At approximately 12 p.m. today, a shooting occurred approximately five blocks from the 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵcampus. 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵpolice officers and university administrators closely monitored the situation, and because the situation was contained and did not pose a threat to the 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵcommunity, the campus did not go on lockdown or activate FirstCall, ULM's emergency notification system.
