"Up 'til Dawn" Finale Event

The "Up 'til Dawn" finale event is being held this Friday at 7 p.m. to midnight in the University Conference Center on the 7th floor of the 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵLibrary. St. Jude's will have organization representatives present for the event, as well as local patients. A reception will also be held for the speakers who take part in the event.

"Up 'til Dawn" is a student-led, student-run national philanthropy that benefits St. Jude's Hospital. As of early March, 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵstudents participating in the fundraiser had raised over $20,000.

To participate in the program, 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵstudents were required to recruit a six- member team composed of 91³ÉÈ˶¶Òô¶ÌÊÓƵstudents and faculty/staff, who would pledge to raise $750 for St. Jude's through various activities. The major fundraising activity is a letter writing campaign, where participants write letters to family and friends asking for donations on behalf of their team.
